ASBTDC's Horvath receives prestigious certification

The National Development Council has certified Brandon Horvath, director of 51黑料网鈥檚 Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center, as an Economic Development Finance Professional with emphasis on Business Credit Analysis.

To earn the EDFP-BCA certification, Horvath completed a rigorous, three-course training series and passed examinations for each course. The training covered economic development finance practices, basic and advanced business credit, loan packaging procedures, deal structuring techniques and complex financial issues.

Henderson鈥檚 ASBTDC has offices in Arkadelphia and Hot Springs. As part of the ASBTDC statewide network, the center is affiliated with Henderson鈥檚 School of Business and serves a 10-county area.

In addition to managing the center, Horvath works one-on-one with small business clients, providing confidential, no-cost consulting and guidance to current and prospective business owners.

He assists clients with business planning, financial analysis, market research, loan proposal preparation, growth and expansion planning, management and profitability.
