Stream-a-thon" will support children's charity
51黑料网鈥檚 Innovative Media Department, Henderson Television, and the HSU esports program will present a 24-hour 鈥渟tream-a-thon鈥 Nov. 2-3 to support the children鈥檚 charity Extra Life.
Extra Life was founded by gamers, and is part of the Children鈥檚 Miracle Network that supports children鈥檚 hospitals and their important mission throughout the United States.
Gamers from across the country stream a variety of video games, board games, and other entertainment each year during the Extra Life 鈥淕ameDay鈥 event to support the charity.
Since its first gameday in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $50 million for children鈥檚 hospitals, including the Arkansas Children鈥檚 Foundation. This is the third year Henderson has participated in the stream.

The shows are open to the public. Admission is $3 per person, or $1 with a student ID. Extreme darkness is important to the effects of the shows, therefore late arrivals will not be admitted. For more information, call 870-230-5162.
