Billing Inquiries
Login to your TouchNet Student Account Portal to view account activity and view or print an account statement.
- Go to
- Click Student Login under Banner (Ellucian)
- Under the Financials category, click TouchNet Student Accounts
- You will then be directed to your student account portal
Authorized User
Henderson students may add an authorized user(s) if they need someone else to make payments on their behalf or if they want to grant someone access to their student account. Students are able to create access for an authorized user in the TouchNet Student Account Portal.
Authorized users are able to:
- View bills
- View tax forms
- Make payments
- Enroll in payment plans
- View student account activity (charges and payments)
Tuition, Fees, Housing and Meals, and Other Expenses
Charges are approved annually by Arkansas State University Board of Trustees. They become effective each July 1, but are subject to change at any point thereafter. In addition to mandatory fees, there are also course specific fees that are charged by course.
