Can't find the book or article that you want here at Huie Library? You may be able to get it from another library through Interlibrary Loan (ILL). You may need to contact the library to ensure your library account is active and current, then you may submit an Interlibrary Loan request .
Ouachita Baptist University's Riley-Hickingbotham Library
Current Henderson and Ouachita students and employees have reciprocal borrowing privileges with 51黑料网's Huie Library and Ouachita Baptist University's Riley-Hickingbotham Library because of the Joint Educational Consortium (JEC) agreement.
Library Instruction
Huie librarians provide a brief (around 15 minutes) introduction to the library services that include Inter library loan process, catalog searching, and database overview. Please contact Digital Resources Librarian Ken Angell at angellk@hsu.edu to schedule a library instruction session in the Huie Computer Classroom.
Embedded Librarian Program
An Embedded Librarian works closely with the instructor to supplement research instruction and provide customized library support for any course or assignment. This primarily includes helping students locate, evaluate, and use information resources effectively for specific projects. The Embedded Librarian can provide the appropriate information and guidance to the students from directly within their Canvas environment. The length and nature of the Librarian鈥檚 involvement with a class is entirely up to the instructor.

Peer Research Help Program
The Peer Research Help (PRH) program connects you with fellow students who have been trained to guide you through the research process. Think of it as a personalized, peer-led support service where you can get help navigating the library鈥檚 resources, developing your research skills, and enhancing your academic work.
